About
Connor Riley is a senior at the Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts. She has been baking since childhood, but her first batch of truffles was not made until 2007. The combination of precision and creativity necessary to work with chocolate quickly became her personal obsession, and she started her own business simply to indulge it.

Flavors
Six flavors combine classic favorites and exciting experiments.
Sea salt caramel: The caramel in the dark chocolate ganache filling matches the caramel notes in the chocolate itself, while the sea salt balances the sweetness and adds a little crunch. Why is there no plain chocolate truffle? Because this is it, only better.
Mango lassi: Sweet mango with the creamy tartness of yogurt, and a hint of cardamom spice.
Raspberry almond: Dark chocolate covers an intense raspberry-white chocolate filling with just a hint of almond flavor, topped with crunchy almonds.
Cappucino: White chocolate 'foam' enrobes an intense espresso ganache spiced with a hint of cinnamon.
Jasmine tea: Dark chocolate infused with the subtle scent and taste of jasmine-scented green tea.
Yuzu Pineapple: Tart citrus and sweet pineapple in a white chocolate ganache enrobed in dark chocolate.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do you ship? Will my order arrive on time?
- Truffles are sent by USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2 days' time, but allow 3 days just to be sure. I do my best to give mailed orders priority, and usually send them out the day after the order is placed.
- Do you gift-wrap?
- Every order is packed in a decorative gift box, so yes.
- Won't these melt?
- Not if stored in a nominally cool, dry place. The covering chocolate is properly tempered so that it is crisp, shiny, and melts in your mouth, not in the box.
- Should I refrigerate my truffles?
- Probably not. Refrigeration may lead to cracking or blooming (white blotches on the surface of the chocolate), so storing at room temperature is fine.
- How long do truffles keep?
- Consuming truffles as soon as possible is always best, but they will keep just fine for up to two weeks.
- What's your policy on special orders?
